Coaching for lasting change

“I’ve worked with several coaches in my career and Emilie’s style of coaching is by far the most practical and constructive. She is an excellent sounding board for challenges great and small and I find her sessions beneficial in clarifying my thinking and making sure I’m focusing my energy in the right direction. Emilie’s own experience as a leader makes her a brilliant leadership coach and also a fantastic moderator for group strategy sessions where you need an independent leader with the tools to engage and inspire.”

Eva Dimitriadis, CEO Conduit Connect

I combine my own extensive experience of navigating and getting promoted in the fast-paced world of Investment Banking with my skills as an Executive Coach to help you build your emotional intelligence, self-awareness, ability to influence others and personal brand to transform your career.

So often we are held back from fulfilling our potential and achieving our goals by a combination of fear and limiting beliefs around what we think is possible. I have seen over and over again when working with my clients how much more can be achieved when you identify and work through these fears and beliefs.

What people are saying

Earning a position as a senior leader can be highly rewarding, however it comes with significant challenges in terms of people management, strategic thinking and resilience.

Having an Executive Coach is now standard practice for most leaders and those with ambitions to rise to the top, providing vital support and a confidential sounding board to help you survive and thrive in your career.

I also work with growing UK businesses from one-person start-ups to established SMEs with ambitious goals. My ethos is always to keep the approach to management and growth simple, rather than creating complex and time intensive plans.

Who do you coach?

I love working with people who want to achieve positive change. I have helped my clients to get new jobs that they love, rebalance difficult relationships at work, set up new businesses, get promoted and transform into their best, most confident, authentic selves. It is my privilege and pleasure to help my clients to achieve these positive changes.

Do you run group seminars?

I offer a variety of coporate seminars, both virtual and in-person, across topics such as wellbeing, communication, imposter syndrome and many more. I have a Speaking Brochure which has more detail about each seminar. Each seminar can be run as a standalone workshop, or we can look at combining 2 or 3 into a more bepoke seminar to meet your company requirements. Group seminar fees start from £1650+VAT. Please contact us for more information.

Who don’t you coach?

I don’t offer general life coaching or personal relationship therapy. I like to work with clients who are clear on an area or issue they would like help with and are willing to take action between coaching sessions.

How are the sessions structured?

I take a client-centred approach working with you in whichever area you want to focus on at each session. I use my breadth of experience to bring the approach, tools and exercises that I feel will be most helpful to you, including reflective practice.

Clients typically book more regular sessions to get started and then, as they progress and achieve their goals, book ad hoc sessions as and when they feel they need them. I recommend a minimum of three sessions to get you started in the right direction, but it is always up to you how many sessions you have and how often you see me. Most clients have sessions every 2 to 6 weeks. however I am led by you on the frequency of appointments that will work best for you and leave sufficient time for you to reflect, take action and make progress between appointments.
